Two years ago, we launched a brand new product in collaboration with the online birth shop Le Monde est tout-petit: the Month after months set. It’s a set of step cards marking the key moments of the first year of baby to immortalize them in pictures. The back is customizable with the anecdotes told by dad or mom.
After several reprints, we wanted to reinvent it in an enriched version, inspired by the essentials of the baby's daily routine: the illustrations on each card show us a familiar object of the kid's life, such as a blanket, an awakening arch or even small slippers, until the cake of the 1st birthday.
The back has been enriched with key sentences, to guide parents in their moments of writing: affectionate nicknames given to baby, through the tiredness level of his parents, the exercise was designed to be both playful and moving.
As the kit wants to be inclusive, families with two dads or two moms will find their way, thanks to a system of inventive choice. Finally, the kit now contains 3 additional cards, corresponding to the first weeks of life of the child, magical period when baby changes every day.
The kit Month per month contains 17 rounded cards, printed in Montreal on recycled paper, and delivered in a linen pouch. It is available now on our online store, as well as Le Monde est tout-petit.
