Shipping & Returns
We ship your orders within 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping prices for Canada or international destinations are calculated based on the weight of the order.
All orders are sent via Canada Post. Free delivery within Canada is offered for orders of $100 or more (before taxes). We also offer the option for you to pick up your order directly from our workshop (Outremont in Montreal - H2V3J7). To do so, please email us at marie@liligraffiti.com with your order number, and we will arrange a pickup appointment together. Please note that Liligraffiti is not responsible for lost parcels or delays in delivery or processing by customs.
Returns
Items purchased on this site can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must be returned in its original packaging and not have been unpacked. Any item returned to the site’s address that:
- Is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error,
- Is returned after the 30-day legal period,
Will not be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds
Once we receive your item and upon inspection, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items on sale are final sale. If your refund request is approved, you will be automatically credited within the following days via the payment method used for the purchase. We only process exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at marie@liligraffiti.com and proceed to send the item to the address provided. The shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the value of the product you're returning to us exceeds $75, we recommend selecting a shipment with a tracking number or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee the safe receipt of the returned item.
