Reset de mindset : Tenir ses promesses de janvier.

A mindset reset: Keeping your January goals.

We all know January often comes with the pressure of New Year’s resolutions.

But instead of feeling overwhelmed, we love the idea of using the start of the year as an excuse to redefine our goals and clarify what we truly want to accomplish in the months ahead.

Here’s how we approach it!

Clarify your intentions with a notebook or notepad

Take a few minutes to write down what you truly want to achieve this year. No need for an endless list—focus on 3 to 5 key goals that genuinely excite you.

Use a notepad to break down each goal into concrete steps. For instance, if your resolution is to get back into exercising, your first step could simply be: “Find an activity I enjoy.” Simple, clear, and most importantly, achievable.

Unkept resolutions often stem from vague objectives or drastic changes with no stepping stones. The result? We fail and don’t try again.

Remember: milestones are just as important as the final destination. Focus on those intermediate steps!

Build a gentle yet effective routine

Resolutions only stick if they seamlessly integrate into your daily life. For this, a planner can become your best friend. Block out time slots to work on your goals and treat them like appointments with yourself (yes, you’re the priority!).

Bonus tip: Add personal touches, like stickers or color coding, to make the process even more enjoyable. After all, why not combine organization with creativity?

Use All the Tools at Your Disposal

Whether it’s organizational tools, fitness classes, creative workshops, or meditation apps, take advantage of free trial periods whenever possible. This allows you to explore options without committing financially (or at a low cost) or for too long if it’s not the right fit. Then, move on and try something else! A setback is never final.

Celebrate Your Progress

No victory is too small—celebrate them all! Every step counts.

Why not dedicate a page in your notebook to your accomplishments? Whether it’s a completed project, a habit you’ve stuck to, or even just a day where you’ve taken care of yourself, write it down.

And don’t forget to share your wins with your friends, especially if they’re working toward similar goals. A group brainstorming session over coffee or a supportive chat group can turn this dynamic into a powerful wave of collective energy and sisterhood.

And remember: January is not a sprint!

Think of January as the time to plant seeds that will bloom throughout the year. Give yourself permission to be imperfect, to have moments of “good enough,” and to experience small setbacks. Above all, keep joy at the heart of your journey.

So grab your notebooks, planners, and pens—2025 is yours for the taking!
